Jeff Stein
Hi, I am the founder of TruNorth Analytics and a certified UKG Pro People Analytics specialist with 15+ years in the field.
My career started inside large healthcare organizations as a BI report writer, and I spent years at UKG as a Senior Data Analytics Consultant — helping organizations make sense of their workforce data at scale. That experience gave me a front-row seat to what works, what doesn't, and what most reporting implementations get wrong.
I founded TruNorth Analytics to offer something different: focused, expert-level UKG Pro and IBM Cognos consulting without the overhead of a large firm. When you work with me, you get a seasoned practitioner — not a project manager routing tickets to a junior team.
